TEACHER NOTES
1. This webquest is designed to be used in primary grade classrooms where children have not had a great deal of experience using technology for research or to design products. If students have used Power Point before, the final process can be altered to allow the students to work in small groups. Depending on the children's familiarity you may wish to allow them to use more of the design features of the program.
2. Handouts referred to in this webquest may be found in Guided Comprehension in the Primary Grades by Maureen McLaughlin. (International Reading Association, 2003).
